Please read the individual scholarship descriptions carefully as some scholarships require letters of recommendations, auditions and/or portfolios. It is your responsibility to read the detailed description for each scholarship and submit all additional requirements to the appropriate office before the stated priority deadline.  Incomplete applications and those received after the stated deadline will not be considered.

John and Julia Gold Agricultural Scholarship

In the United States, farmers are of both genders, come from every sector of the country and cultivate farms of various acreage. Small black farmers, make up a small percentage of the farms in this country. In an attempt to increase the number of black farmers, one farmer at a time, beginning spring 2017, the John and Julia Gold Agricultural Scholarship will be awarded at Austin Peay State University.


General Agriculture Scholarships

These scholarships will be awarded to students majoring in agriculture with preference to those entering 365bet for the first time. Awards will be based upon ACT scores, school and community activities, and financial need. Awards may vary in amount. P.A. Meriwether Memorial Scholarship

Given by the family of P.A. Meriwether, this scholarship of $100 is awarded annually by the Department of Agriculture to a Montgomery County student majoring in agriculture. Rehabilitation Corporation of Tennessee Scholarships

The Tennessee Rehabilitation Corporation awards four scholarships of $1000 each, available to students majoring in agriculture. The applicant must be a native of Tennessee, be in need of financial help to enter or remain in college, be from a rural area with an agricultural background, and be deserving of the scholarship on the basis of academic promise.


Tennessee Council for Cooperatives Agriculture Scholarship

The Tennessee Council of Cooperatives provides one $500 scholarship to an 365bet agriculture student. The recipient must be a citizen of Tennessee, have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA, and the student or parent must be a member of an agricultural cooperative.
